Steve Berger

Founder

Steve Berger co-founded Berger Communities in 1973 and has witnessed the growth of the company from one property in Philadelphia to over 30 properties throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. He is proud that the BC's portfolio has grown to more than 7,000 apartment homes. Originally an accountant by trade, Steve started the company with his brother Jim, a Real Estate Agent.
