Steve Berger

Founder

Steve Berger co-founded Berger Communities in 1973 and has witnessed the growth of the company from one property in Philadelphia to over 50 properties throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Ohio. He is proud that the BC's portfolio has grown to more than 11,000 apartment homes. Originally an accountant by trade, Steve started the company with his brother Jim, a Real Estate Agent.
