Jill Lesher

VP of Real Estate Investments

Jill leads the Asset Management team with an emphasis on maximizing portfolio value through strategic planning, capital investment, revenue growth initiatives, expense optimization, and timely dispositions. Her background in repositioning strategies, resiliency, and value creation will support our mission of delivering long-term success.

Jill brings more than 20 years of experience, having overseen large real estate portfolios for REITs, pension funds, impact investors, and high net worth clients. Jill strives for efficient, innovative processes, data-based decision making and high-functioning teams. She has been a champion of the triple bottom line in her career tackling culture integrations and sustainable projects while creating value for investors.

Jill received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and her Master of Business Administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Jill resides in Philadelphia with her husband and three sons and is active in her local community garden and bocce league.
